UTF-8 as default doesn't seem to stick

I have, I believe the default file format set to UTF-8, but I still need to use "Save As" and then select UTF-8. Is there a way to make that the default?

I think this is the third time you've asked for help with roughly the same problem. Can you tell us what steps you've tried and where you set the default to UTF-8?

Sadly you also never replied to any of the topics you've created:

• Change the default encoding to UTF-8
• ANSI/UTF-8/Regular text
