TP 9.1 hangs with network shares after upgrade from 8.15

Hello, after 7 days of usage, I got no freeze at all with this config:

Closing Textpad is also speeder.
But opening files from a Samba share is still slow (only for Textpad). It's nearly 4 seconds for a 4K file, Notepad and Notepad++ below 1 sec, Visual Studio code 2 sec.

When you timed file opening, was the file opened in an already running instance of TextPad, or in a new instance? Also, was it opened by file type association with File Explorer, or internally with the Open File dialog box?

Does it make any difference if you disable .editorconfig file processing on Configure/Preferences/Editor?

Only one instance is running, I can close the file, re-open it again and again with ~the same~ timing.

I'm using version 9.3.1 and still no full correction for this extremely annoying issue.
I disabled again the file monitoring for external changes, so better, but well I need that feature.
Could we expect a correction soon, please?
