Hello,
OK Nevermind the question.
Configure>Preferences> X Send to menu
My right click, Send to TextPad is stuck in Textpad 7 and that is missing.
I get this message:
C:\Program Files (x86)\TextPad 7\TextPad.exe
The specified path does not exist.
Check the path, and then try again.
I went to Computer/Properties/Advanced system settings/Environmental Variables/
But stall out there because I am not sure what to tell it in creating a new variable. There is no old Textpad 7 variable there.
Textpad 8 is not installed under C:
I am using Windows 7.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide in this matter.

Still an issue in Windows 10
Still an issue in Windows 10 at current Windows service updates.
It seems to happen in 32-bit applications like Word in Office 365 and other NON-windows applications.
If I find a workaround I will let you know.
