I am running Vista and installed TextPad v5.4 yesterday. My save-as dialog no longer functions properly - the bounding box can be resized but the contents are not, so buttons and filenames can be lost. The resizer triangle on the bottom right of the dialog does not usually sit correctly when it is first opened, either.
I have rebooted since this problem manifested itself, but with no improvement.

This seems to be a bug with the way TextPad handles the Open and Save As dialogs in Vista. The dialogs don't resize their contents unless they're closed and reopened.
To fix the problem you're experiencing, click the Browse Folders button at the bottom left of the dialog, then close the dialog and reopen it. And don't click the Hide Folders button!
