Thank you for the reply! This is not a macro I created. It is an add-on, not created by the TextPad folks, but offered by them. Thankfully, so far, it is working with the 9.x version of TextPad, whereas previously, one of the 8.x updates would not let it work.

I never received a reply to this issue, so I am wondering: will this exist in the 9.0 version of TextPad?

TextPad 8.12.0, when I use the Tab Table to HTML Table macro, TextPad crashes, and I get "File C:/dev/TextPad/Source/lexscan.cpp, Line 849". I was not getting this on the prior version of TP.

The new font in the document selector and clip library is bigger, bolder but less legible and absolutely hideous on 1920x1080! A definite step backwards. A good suggestion, but it doesn't fix the problem. I still have to highlight the portion I want to drag and drop to the other text file, and whatever is causing the problem also messes up the highlighting. No, that's not the problem. What's happening is either 1) the highlighted text "pastes" itself on its own before I can drag it to where I want to drag it, or 2) the highlighted text "unhighlights" as if I had lifted my finger off the left mouse button, but I haven't.
