New startup folders take effect after reopening Textpad.

Post by Niels H. Veldhuijzen »

Dear all,

Whenever I change startup folders, I have to close and reopen Textpad for the changes to take effect. Is there a way of changing startup folders with immediate effect?
Yours sincerely,

By definition changing the "start-up" folder should only become effective when starting up TP.; but an option to make TP go back to the "Start-up" folder would be handy if you are using "Working folder follows active document" option in "General -> Preferences".

I have played with toggling the "Working folder follows active document" option and it does not seem to allow you to change the option and it take effect when you "apply" - possibly a bug I would say.
