Registry Files default saves as unicode instead of ansi

Whenever I edit reg files and save, textpad always saves them as unicode by default which makes them useless until I manually save as and change it to ANSI.

Is there anyway to correct this behavior?

Create a "reg" class, and modify settings as needed.

Search this forum for details on reg class.
