Find & replace multiple characters & multiple line b

I want to replace the following:

PHRASE1*****PHRASE2

...where ***** represents an inconsistent number of characters/numbers & carriage returns

ie. the only definite knowns are the 2 phrases & everything else will need to be changed/deleted.

How do i structure htis in a find/replace function?
