Macros Being Overwritten

When I start to record a macro, my menu only shows the "stop recording" button. I can click on it to start recording a macro, and the macro records fine. I save it, run it, everything is OK.

HOWEVER, if I then create another macro immediately after, the second macro overwrites the first macro, and now I have two macros, different file names, different display names, but with the exact same functionality. In other words, my second macro overwrites my first macro.

HELP!

(Yes, I have a registered version. )
