macros on toolbar

Post by kmote00 »

Years ago a member offered a tool called "Macro Toolbar.exe" which allowed users to assign macros to a toolbar button. The original link no longer works. Does anyone know where I can get a copy of this utility? Or is there an alternate method of doing this?

Thanks!

Macros can be added to the Main Menu under the Macros option.

Configure/Preferences/Macros
Add macros from the left column into the right column, move them up/down, Apply and OK.

Hot keys can also be applied to your macros. The hot key will also show on the menu additions above.
Configure/Preferences/Keyboard
Select macros, select the macro, Press the Hot Key combination.
Assign, Apply, and OK.

You may also want to look at Auto Hot Key at: http://www.autohotkey.com
See this page for creating Menu Bars: http://www.autohotkey.com/docs/commands/Gui.htm#Menu

Thanks, Bob.
I've actually used those methods, but was looking for a way to assign macros to an actual button on the toolbar. (Like tools can be).
