v 5.0.1: Document selector broken

I have my document selector floating. The first time I open it in an editor instance it's fine. The second and subsequent times I open it it's empty.

I have dozens of files open in each of several simultaneous sessions. This problem makes the editor very difficult to use.

I'm having the same problem, but I don't see any replies here. Is there a fix for this problem? If not, where should we go to report it to Helios?
