Error when trying to install TextPad 5.1.0

I just purchased TextPad 4.x today and I also downloaded TextPad 5.1.0 to install and received the following message when trying to install it.

An error occurred while downloading the file / WindowsInstaller-KB893803-x86.exe

Can someone assit me with this problem?

This error occurs because you haven't got the latest version of the Windows Installer.

Please try to manually download and install the latest Windows Installer from Microsoft, and then install TextPad:
