My License

Post by Spelmyst »

Any idea when I'm supposed to get my license?
I bought it like a week ago.

When you order online, your license is emailed to you the instant your credit card payment completes. If you don't receive it, check that you specified a valid email address. Assuming it's OK, check that your mail server is not blocking email from domains textpad.com and textpad.net. We will attempt to send your license for 4 days, so unblock those domains and it should quickly arrive.

If you still do not receive it, let us know through the address for sales on the contacts page. Send your message from a different email address, otherwise you may not get the reply.

I can't send email to you support@textpad.com because :

Unable to deliver message to the following recipients, due to being unable to connect successfully to the destination mail server.

support@textpad.com

When I tried to submit a feedback on your site. It errors trying to send to my address.

How exactly is it possible, that I received my access to this Bulletin board from the "webmaster@textpad.com " on Oct 12? Does that sound like MY provider is blocking you?

As an alternative, you could try sending to Spelmyst@Yahoo.com if someone wants to see if that will work from your site.

Hello Spelmyst

I just sent a test email to support@textpad.com (I used the link you provided) and got mesage about successful connection. Problem not duplicated.

This would indicate that the problem is not at Textpad, but somewhere in your connection path to them. May be some type of router or firewall or mail filter causing trouble for you.
Hope this was helpful.............good luck,
Bob
