Windows Explorer integration for file search

My current client use Windows Grep because of it's Windows Explorer integration. Windows Grep is pretty bad compared to TextPad. TextPad has a good files search, including regular expression, but is not integrated with Windows Explorer. Could also replace Windows files search.
