Making multiple replacements easily?

I'm converting a document that has a lot of things I'm changing with regular expression replacements. There's a pretty big list of replacements, so is there any way someone knows to somehow give TextPad the list for the "Find" box and the matching list for the "Replace" box and have it do them all for me. I'm just trying to save myself some gruntwork.
