chance the first sentence of a paragraph from normalto bold

I want to change the first sentences of every paragraph into bold tekst:

Frampton <--- this one
Text text test

Peter <--- this one
Text text text

etc.

How do I fill in the right codes in replace?

TextPad is designed as an editor of plain text files which, by definition, have nowhere to store attributes such as emboldening, italics, or underlining. You really need a word processor to get those features, which they can store in their proprietary file formats.
