Display reports in Adobe Acrobat

I am using TextPad to create SQR/SQL reports, and I would like to view them as PDF files. I know that we used this functionality in a recent PeopleSoft class, but I cannot get it to work on my machine.

I thought that I had set the parameters correctly, but when running a simple select all I get is a blank DOS screen.
