ctags upload Feb 20th problem

In the ctags upload by Frank Fesevur from Feb 20th the ReadMe.htm file contains something completely urelated ("Adobe® Acrobat® Standard and Professional Read Me"). That's not very helpful for getting this add-on to work :)
