Brief Keystroke Compatibility

Post by mkj »

I am new to TextPad, so please excuse my ignorance.

I have enabled 'BRIEF' keystroke compatibility through Preferences / Editor. However, this doesn't appear to have enabled the standard keyboard shortcuts to which I am used: i.e. F5 for search, ALT+u for undo, ALT+L followed by DOWN to select two lines of text, etc.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get full 'BRIEF' keystore support?

Many thanks,

Martyn

Apart from ALT-L, arr down I get the same results as you do.
To see your keyboard assignments look at Configure->Preferences->
Keyboard, there you can select "All" from the Categories list and then
press the "List" button. HTH
Then I open up and see
the person fumbling here is me
a different way to be
