Configuration, Preferences, HTML file, Colors

Post by Jean-Claude Grégoire »

Hi everybody,

I've been using TEXTPAD for some years under Windows 98 without any problem. I'm a registered user.

Now I have a new computer under Windows XP pro and I've reinstalled Textpad 4.7.2 version 32 bits.

But when I'm going to "Configuration, Preferences, HTML, couleurs" (I'm working with a French version of Textpad), it seems to work correctly but when I close the window it's impossible to get the colors for the different articles in my HTML documents.

What was wrong in my installation? What can I do?

TIA for your answers.

Regards

1. Just to be sure, double check your version under Help->About TP
2. Using Search I found http://textpad.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3693
and http://textpad.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4438 , some basic checks
HTH
Then I open up and see
the person fumbling here is me
a different way to be

Hi s_reynisson,

Thank you very much. This was the solution of my problem.
I've checked "enable syntax highlighting" and selected "html.syn"... and now it works correctly.

Best regards.
