Problems between work and home computers

OK all, I am having problems with my work on my home computer (XP home)

Stuff that compiles and runs fine on my work computer (NT4 box), does not compile and or run on my home machine.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Then I open up and see

Might be different JDK versions, might be wrong class path...

But without error messages this is just a guess...
