Block Selected Test Button

Is it possible to add a button on the toolbar that would allow me to switch on/off the "block selected text" function?

I know that there is a shortcut for that, but I always forgot those..
I find it much easier and quicker to click a button.

Double-click on the "Block" in the status bar (at the bottom of Textpad).
