Be able to clone tools.

[Someone asked for a poll, whence the repost. Not that I'm sure that I understand how it works, but we'll see.]

I have nagged Helios about this a number of times, but I take any chance to repeat it.

In the dialogue where you set up tools, we would need a way to make a copy of an existing tool. In our shop, all our tools is the one and same problem, and what differs is only the parameters. (It is a load-tool for SQL objects, and you typically set up one for each server and database your work with.)
