Workspace limits?

Is there a limit on the number of files in a workspace? I'm having trouble adding another file to a workspace of about 30 files even when I do a Save Or Save As. The new file is not there when the workspace is reopened.

If there is a limit (which I doubt), it must be much higher - I have workspaces with about 200 to 300 files...

So what else would keep Textpad from adding a file to the workspace? It doesn't matter if I do a Save, Save As, or Close -- this particular file (an XML file) is never added.
