Extended Formatting

In addition to the current colour options, it would be great to also be able to format a block of text with extended attributes, ie: strikethrough, bold, italic, underline, etc.

Aside from strikethrough, this is a duplicate of "Additional attributes for syntax highlighting", and therefore will not be included in the relative rankings.

Please consider adding a reply to that thread saying that strikethrough is important to you. Thanks.

How do I do it? I can't seem to find a delete option .. should I edit each message and delete the text?

From the FAQ, it looks like only administrators can delete, now that there have been replies and votes.
