Specify GrepPath0 from command line

I use the grep feature a lot, and I would like to be able to start textpad, right click in explorer, and have the grepPath be set to the directory I started textpad from. I probably could change the registry myself before launcing textpad, but if I would like to know if there are any other alternatives.
