Always save in PC file-format

In Document Classes, you can set the "Create New File as" option. But sometimes when using an inhouse source control, all CRLFs are changed into 0x0D 0x0D 0x0A instead of 0x0D 0x0A.

Then I have to do a file save as, change the file format to PC and save the file again.

Is there any way to set the default "save" file-format to PC?
