Maximized window for online help

I'm trying out the online help tool and find it very useful. The only issue is HH.EXE's stupid quirk of not remembering window status between sessions. Have you found any way of telling HH.EXE to always open *.chm files in maximized windows?

I can do it in command line but hasn't been able to translate it into TextPad:

C:\> start "" /MAX help.chm
