I am trying to edit a file in a web folder.
Textpad can open the folder in the Open file(s) window ( after showing me the password dialog) and when I select a file it replies that the file does not exist and suggest to create it... in a local directory.
Anyone has add success ? I could copy the file locally, edit it and then copy it back to the web folder but I would like to edit directly in the web folder.

Re: Editing page on Web folder
Unfortunately, there isn't a standard way to make any windows program support web folders. Office 2000 has support for editing files in web folders, but it's
something that needs to be coded into each program separately. If TextPad
added support for this I would pay for the upgrade.
Personally, I think implimenting Save for files on DAV folders should be the OS's responsibility if the OS provides for DAV folders, but if they're not going to, it's still better to support them
