Making a keyboard shortcut for Tools|Spelling...

I go to Preferences|Keyboard|Tools, but there doesn't seem anything spelling related there...or if I select "all" and hit "list"--the word "spell" just isn't there. how can I get a shortcut going for this? (4.5.0 on WinXP Home)

argh, you're right...I guess I was confused by all the things that didn't start with "Tool" before the Tool* entries, and then of course Tool## shows up and pushes the regular Tool stuff to the bottom... thanks.
