passing code to S-plus

Hi All,

I have just downloaded TextPad 4.5 a few days ago, however I have read almost all help files and can not find solution for my problem.

I do not know how to pass the code to Splus. After customising the tool preferences by setting

Command:.........\Splus.exe
Parameters:$File
Initial Folder:$FileDir

the only effect is that the S-plus window is activated. However the code written in TexPad is not submitted.
The syntax highligthing and name filter works properly.
Does anyone know how or what to change?
