ERROR on EVERY program

Hey, All of a sudden, out of the blue, im getting this error when i run any of my programs, even ones that worked befor:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: App4_29

I have the same problem when i try to import a folder called tools where i have my own made class files. It's like it won't import or miss a link so it will import. Cause in a programm calles xemacs i had a folder which i could compile and have my own made calsses imported.
