Switching Language Default

I think when I downloaded a Spanish document, it got routed to Text Pad cause that's the way of Word...or I don't know. Haven't used Text Pad till recently, but today I noticed the whole thing's in Espanol, task bars, icons, etc. Can someone please tell me how to get it back to English? Thanks.

Configure -> Preferences -> Language, then select from the installed languages.

(don't ask me what the menu texts are in Spanish...)
