Export/Import TextPad Configuraion

Hi, TextPad is my favourite text editor. I use my own syntax definition for some unknown programming languages, create my own macros and use my own configuration. It would be great having functionality to export/import all configuration, syntax and macro files when I need to reinstall my TextPad.

Why not look into the help file?

There is a section "Transferring Settings between PCs"
in "How To" "Customize settings"

I have posted a batch file to automate this in the addons section.

It requires access to dos and the presence of pkzip and unzip, but works on _all_ aspects of the program such as updated syntax and macro files as well as the registry settings.

Been using it as I wander between a number of workseats and it has proven to be a lifesaver.
