Searching for multiple items across mulitple files

I was wondering if it is possible to set up either a macro, or whether there is a regular expression, which enables one to search for a sequence of, say numbers, across a batch of, say 200 files.

For example, I want to search for number 12345678, across 200 different files, and then when found, I want to then search for 45678901 across those same files. I know that it would be possible to just cut and paste each number, but with a thousand numbers to search for, this would be very tedious.

Is it possible to input and list of numbers and then have Textpad search them in sequence. Or is it better to set up a macro?
If so, then how could it be done?
