batch search and replace for multiple files

Is there a way to perform a batch search and replace against all files in a folder/subfolder?

Under Search, select Search in Files.

Do your search, you get a list of results in the Search result window.
Right click, Open All.

Now do your search and replace, take care "All documents" is selected.
