Shortcut to textpad in Context menu disabled

Hi All.

I have updated Textpad from version 4.4 to 4.5 and suddenly notice that I can no longer bring up the textpad tab in the right click context menu.
A look in Preferences revealed that the option to include a shortcut to Texpad in context menu is greyed out.

I am using Windows Millenium and I had an American/English version that I updated with a English/Dutch version, could that be a problem?

Any help would be appreciated

I am now having this same problem. I just upgraded from 4.5 to 4.6 on XP. Any work-arounds??
