TextPad 4.5 and McAfee

Anyone got any experience of running these two together? Any problems?

I previously had the file corruption problems with Sophos, and wanted to make sure that running with McAfee will be trouble-free.

We're currently running TextPad 4.4.2 and McAfee Virus Scan v4.5.1 with no problem.
