Text File - Reload

I am using a trial version of Textpad 4.4.2.

If a file has extension "*.txt", Textpad would display "Another application as updated ****.txt. Reload it? Yes/No?" whenever the file is active again eg open and closing a file so that the text file is active again. How do I stop this from happening?
