Compare multiple datasets

Is there a way to do the window compare against multiple entries? We would like to be able to compare all like named datasets under two directory structures.

Another alternative would be to compare like named datasets, based on (text) lists of the datasets to be compared...

(We want to use this to compare updated programs in text / prod.)
