No color coding for Pascal?

Running Textpad 4.4.1 on WIn2k Pro.

I have the pascal.syn file in the texpad4\system directory. I have syntax highlighting enabled. Nevertheless I do not see any color coding in my .pas or .dpr files.

I do see it in my Java files.

What am I doing wrong?
