Saving Preferences for Full Re-Install

Is there any method of saving the preferences of Textpad between uninstalling 'current version' , doing a Windows 'Clean install' - involving completely removing the Windows OS (and thereby, building a 'new' Window's Registry) - and reinstalling Textpad?
