Odd scrollbar behavior in "Compare Files" for TP v9.3.1 and v8.17.1

Textpad v9.3.1 and v8.17.1

I have some rather long json documents open (~130000 lines) and ran compare files on them. The comparison itself appears to be accurate, but I have encountered some odd behavior with the vertical scrollbar on the right-hand side. I select and drag the scrollbar thumb with the mouse - the view window scrolls down to around line 32667 and then jumps back up to line 1 as the thumb continues down the track. This pattern repeats (somewhat jerkily) as I continue dragging the thumb down. The keyboard page down works fine, the "Go to next difference" control works fine, and the mouse wheel works fine as well in that they can all cause the view window to scroll past line 32667...

Can anyone reproduce this?
