TextPad Settings & Layout Preferences

Hi.

How do I get back to the portable settings & layout preferences just like all the previous versions?

Previously, TextPad directly apply my settings & layout based on:
D:\Google Drive\Programs\Work\TextPad\config\ConfigState.xml
D:\Google Drive\Programs\Work\TextPad\config\GUIState.xml

How do I get this in TextPad 9?
