.txt file does not display in default browser through TP

Hello,

When I open a .txt file from my on-line website it displays properly; but when I am working on the file in TP and use the view in browser button what happens is that the file opens a new copy in another open workspace.

Any solutions?

EDIT: This probably has to do with the setup for my desktop web server, not TP. Have not checked. Will report back later.
