Version 8.2.0/26-May-19/64bit possible bug(s)? + 1 old one

Version 8.2.0/26-May-19/64bit on Windows 7

I have two possible problems with this version:

In a long, but not very long (2500 lines) document, I have inserted at their prroper points, page numbers 253 to 281. When checking the sequence, I have serched "<a id="pg". After pg 279 it finds pg 280, but the text has not scrolled down to that location. When I manually scroll to that location and hit find next, it goes back to the 279 location while having selected the proper pg281.

EDIT: This is also happening in other files.
EDIT 2: Anothr clue: this seems to be happening independent of the number of items to be searched for, but always at about half way (by the scroll-bar) through the file.

A similar feeling problem occurred when I copied several lines from one point to put at the end. It dropped the paste in the proper location, but the text scrolled up several pages. Close local copy and paste did not have a problem.

If you want to check out the file in which this is happening, visit:

and view source.

EDIT 3: OK. Not having a good day. I see that in fact Unicode characters still do not hold in the Clip Books.

EDIT 4: I have tried re-installing the program via 'repair' but the problem persists. I have uninstalled this update and reinstalled the previous version.
Thank you, and
Best Wishes,
