Saving the results of compared files

Is it possible to save the results of two text files' comparison with the indicators of same, changed, or missing ?
TextPad 8.16.0 64bit in English and TextPad 9.1.0 64bit in French, on two separate Windows installations

No, as then you'd have a clickable File > Save as... menu.

If you even have an idea of what the outcome should be (visual? textual?) you can consider software which is specialized for comparing files to begin with, such as WinMerge.
