Windows installer error by spellceck install

I did a fresh TP install and when I started to install texpad-spell-check-8.exe, I got the following Windows installer error:

Error applying transforms. Verify that the specified transform paths are valid.
TextPad 8.16.0 64bit in English and TextPad 9.1.0 64bit in French, on two separate Windows installations
