TextPad 8 PortableWizard.exe is not working?

I am trying to install TP 8.1.2 on a USB key using the wizard. My TP is a registered product, and I also have the registration on hand if I need it, but the wizard Next button is grayed out after the Program source page. Can one of the gurus please enlighten me what I am doing wrong?

The PortableWizard.exe and TextPad.exe are dated 2017-03-07. TP is version 8.1.2 64bit

My apologies. The Wizard was looking for a version 7. When corrected, it created the USB, but with errors. How can I find what these errors are?
