Broken URL in Help File regarding Registration

I'm running TextPad 8.1.2 (32-bit Edition) on an older 32-bit Win7 PC

Click TextPad's Help menu, Update License, then click the Help Button

The Help File displays the section "Register TextPad Dialog Box"
Note that you cannot input your TextPad 3.x license using this dialog box. Please see http://www.textpad.com/order/upgrades.html for upgrade information
The URL goes to a HTTP Error 404 - Not Found page.

I just thought someone might want to know.
